All dinner entrees include a tossed garden salad with our house buttermilk ranch dressing, baked potato, and artisan breads. Add a vegetable for $3.00 per person.
For dessert we suggest allowing your guests to choose from two selections including assorted flavored cheesecakes, delicious cakes and tortes, crème brulee, or tiramisu. Price $5.50.You may also select a petite Kahlua Rum Cake with ice cream for $3.50 per person. There will be a service/cake cutting charge of $1.00 per person for desserts brought into the restaurant.
*Prices exclude tax and gratuity. Deposit: A $300 deposit is required to officially reserve room for a party of 20 or more guests. The deposit will be applied toward the final cost of the party.
Payment: One check will be presented to the host of the party for payment. Payment in full is expected the day of your party. Cash or personal/business check is preferred. An 18% gratuity is added to the total check.
Rooms and Room Fees: A room fee will be charged for any party that has requested a room that has a seating capacity far above the number in the party. For example if a group of 30 requests to be in the Garden Room this fee will apply. The room fee will also be charged for any parties booked during a time when we would regularly be closed. Heers
Room - $25. This is our smallest room and seats up
to 10. It is on our main level.
Muriel's
Room - $25. This room is located upstairs and can
seat up to 12.
Edith's
Room - $50. This room is located upstairs and can
seat 30 - 40 guests. It has an electric fireplace. Screen set-up is
available in this room. This room is perfect for surprise parties.
Fireside
Room - $35. This is one of our most requested rooms
and is located on our main level with a gas fireplace. At one table
we can seat up to 16 guests.
Model
A Room - $50. This room is on the main level and
can seat up to 40 guests.
Garden
Room - $100. This is our largest room and can seat
up to 60 guests. Screen set-up is available in this room.
*The Model A Room and Garden Room have glass French doors dividing them which may be opened to combine the two rooms. *Room set-up will affect the amount of guests we are able to seat in a dining room. Extra tables for gifts, check-in, bar, etc. will decrease the space available for guest seating. *The Cottage on Broad reserves the right to offer guests a room comparable to the one requested if the first choice is not available.
Bar Options: For groups of 50 or more we strongly recommend having a bar set up in your room to better serve your guests. Bar set-up fees range from $50 - $100 depending upon drink selections. We also strongly recommend choosing wine options for your guests. Larger groups are encouraged to choose wine to be available at each guest table.
