Thin sliced prime rib layered on grilled pita bread with horseradish sauce, sautéed peppers and onions topped with melted provolone cheese. $9.50

Our own prime rib served open face with au jus and soup, salad or fries. $10

Grilled and topped with garlic herb butter and served with fresh grilled asparagus. $12

 

Tailgate Pork Burger

Iowa Farm Families ground pork tossed with Cookies' barbeque sauce and grilled to perfection. Topped with maple smoked bacon and American cheese. Served with a cup of soup or house salad or fries. $8.50

 

Blackened Chicken Salad

A bed of fresh mixed greens topped with green and red bell peppers, red onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, and a dressing of your choice. $8.50

 

Shrimp Pasta

New Orleans BBQ shrimp served atop linguine tossed with bacon, onion, and tomato in a garlic cream sauce. $10.50
